1.. Business Consultant Training Fee $150.00
Business Consultants are Trained to secure Retail Accounts, All Orders placed by Retailers secured by BC's are credited to their income. Business Consultants are trained to increase the Sales Volume of items ordered by their Retail Accounts to increase revenue for Retailer and BC. Advertising and merchandising are integral in the marketing of products ordered by Retail accounts. Business Consultants are trained to maximize exposure via merchandising and consumer awareness on products ordered by Retail Accounts. All Business Consultants are assigned and required to report to a District Manager.
2. District Manager Training Fee $500.00
District Managers are responsible for the management and training of all Business Consultants. They are required to manage a minimum of 15 BC's who each are expected to secure a minimum of 100 Retail Accounts with the DM overseeing 1500 Retail Accounts underneath his/her management. The District Manager's Income is derived off an override on all products sold through the 1500 Retail Accounts as well as any Retail Accounts that a DM directly acquires. The Training for DM is more extensive withIncome also derived from Recruiting, Training and managing new Business Consultants. District Managers are required to report to the Regional Vice President or EVP.
